Metallic Dual Shade Chiffon
For summer evenings
Shimmer, without the weight
Some evenings want shine but not a heavy drape. Metallic chiffon gives you both, with a fine glimmer worked into a light, floaty fabric. Dual shade chiffon adds a second colour that shows itself as the fabric moves.
The Magic sarees are the heart of this page. They come in sky blue, pink, red and purple, with lace edges and matching blouse fabric. Olive has Kundan work, and Blue Steel, with embroidered scallops, is the most dramatic of the lot.
Gold chiffon is softer than full metallic and glows warmly on the skin. Look at Blue Gold, or Purple Gold Q'la with plush blouse fabric. For a ready look, Dusky Peach comes with a cream embroidered stitched blouse, and the Blue-Gold skirt style saree is already pre-draped.
We'd wear these to a sangeet in Ahmedabad or a summer evening wedding. A padded, fitted blouse gives the light fabric a clean line to fall from, and one bold choker or pair of long earrings is plenty. Want more body? Compare them with our metallic satins, or see more chiffon finishes.
Good to know
Is metallic chiffon light enough for a summer wedding?
Yes. It's far lighter than satin or silk, so it suits warm evenings and outdoor venues.
Metallic chiffon or metallic satin?
Chiffon is sheer and floaty. Satin is denser and smoother, with a stronger, liquid shine.
Can I have one of these pre-draped?
A few already are. Any other saree can be stitched into our patented Less than a Minute drape for ₹1,299.
