Shipping Policy

1. We generally dispatch orders within 24-48 hours during working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
2. Customized orders takes 7-10 days to be dispatched.
3. Deliveries are dependent upon shipping partners & the location of the delivery thereon. It takes between 1-7 days to reach a customer's location "after" dispatch. In Metro cities normally the package gets delivered within 1-2 days. 

*Exceptions can be during peak festive season or restricted & remote locations. Please do reach out to us in case of any urgency so we can review possibilities to expedite.

International 

1. All Orders accepted for international addresses are Pre-Paid only.
2. Shipping charges for our international locations will be calculated during checkout depending on the order value. 
3. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer (Our I/E code is ABDCS9253L)
4. Orders are shipped within 7-8 working days. Unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in the product details.
5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at hello@swtantra.com within 2 hours of placing an order.

Refund & Exchange (International Orders) 

1. If, unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Once shipped, no refund can be processed.
2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting transaction charges.
3. We, unfortunately, do not have any return & exchange policy for international customers.
