Exclusive
For the wedding season
Made by us, for your biggest days
Everything on this page is a Swtantra exclusive, and most of it is dressed for occasions. Sarees make up the bulk, but this is also where our lehengas, skirt sarees and sharara sets live. If a wedding has several functions, start here.
The lehengas are what set this page apart. Our three-piece sets in Banaras tissue, satin and organza come with cut dana embroidered dupattas and blouse fabric. Let the dupatta carry the look and keep your necklace small.
Love the saree silhouette but not the pleating? Try a skirt saree. It pairs a stitched bottom with a pallu and blouse, so there's no draping at all. A sleek bun and bold earrings balance the volume.
Among the sarees, raw pink with zebra sequins and vermilion shimmer chiffon with leaf beaded lace are the bold ones. Magnolia cream satin with a black posh border is our quieter favourite. Our jewelled bronze mesh cape, from jackets and capes, gives any of them a modern finish.
Good to know
What exactly is a skirt saree?
A stitched skirt with a pallu, worn with a blouse. You get the saree look without pleating or pinning.
Do the lehengas come with a dupatta?
Our three-piece lehenga sets list a dupatta and blouse fabric in their titles. The product page shows exactly what's included.
Can I wear a cape over a saree?
Yes, and we love it. A mesh or beaded cape over a sleeveless blouse keeps a heavy saree feeling light and modern.
